"Hajj" is the pilgrimage to Mecca, which every Moslem should make at least once in their life. One of their observances is to circle the Ka'ba (cube) seven times. Pilgrimage, the hero's journey, the maze - all different aspects of the same 'journey through life towards truth'. But in practice, aren't we all plagued by the 'impossibility of motion', whatever our beliefs?

This pattern was digitally composed, a bit at a time, by digitally copying, moving, rotating and pasting a rhomboid (a diamond shape).
