Fasting, or fighting temptation, is admired by most religions and in moderation it could be said to promote health and well-being. But it seems to have little relevance in British society which has a problem with obesity (even amongst children) and where almost all advertising is based on pornography.

This pattern was digitally composed, a bit at a time, by digitally copying, moving, rotating and pasting a rhomboid (a diamond shape).
